The next day, the glow continued and I honestly felt like I had been hit by a truck—but in the absolute best way possible! I feel much better and more energized.

When I got back home after your great intuitive massage, i was thirsty and in the evening i noticed an extreme tiredness as though I had been doing sports all day. I read that this is perfectly ok as the body has released its tension and the thirst takes care that unwanted substances leave the body. The next day I went swimming and after one hour of swimming I felt a deep relaxation instead of tiredness, which was a wonderful sensation.

What I think that I need to do is alternate this massage with your energetic massage to get a balance.
