During this treatment I combine different tools, such as relaxation techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point pressure, carefully shaking/pulling body parts, hands-on and reiki. Intuitively, within the flow of the massage, I localise tensions that need to be released and find parts that may need activation. Bringing deep relaxation and awareness to the whole body.

We talk beforehand to find which are the areas that need more attention. We can address the tissular body and the muscles, if what is needed is to recover and to remove tensions. It can also be only gentle and relaxing and/or it can support emotional processing. We can combine different aspects as well, as much as the length of the session allows.

It is an ideal treatment for after intense physical activity or, on the contrary, too much stagnation and fixation after sitting many hours in front of the desk.

Fasciapulsology®

Fasciapulsology® 90min aprox. / €95

Fasciapulsology® is a manual therapy that addresses the fascia system. The fascia is a connective tissue that supports the transmission of physical forces and maintains the balance of vital functions. Fasciapulsology® addresses digestive, traumatic, and stress-related conditions. It supports the release of tensions caused by daily life, poor diet, or physical and emotional shocks. This natural and progressive therapy is an excellent complement to modern medicine, suitable for everyone, from infants to seniors and during pregnancy. During this session, with sensitive hands, through placement of attention within specific layers of the body, physical and mental balance is reestablished and traumatic memories can be released. The body comes into harmony and experiences a deep rest.

This session follows the rhythm of the fascia moving in the body, therefor the duration of the session may vary slightly. This flexibility supports the nature of the work. Rather than being measured in time, the session unfolds according to the depth of change the body allows.

After six years of one-to-one study with my teacher, I am now furthering my knowledge through the IFCC School in Paris, where I am currently completing my second year of training.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage 60min / €70

Pregnancy is a special period for every mother-to-be. During this time, the body is constantly adjusting to changes at a physical and hormonal level. This can cause stress, muscle tensions and extra accumulation of fluids. During this treatment I help to relieve the tensions and discomforts.

We talk beforehand to find which are the areas that need more attention. You will be lying on a firm mat and we use pillows and towels to help you find a comfortable side-lying position. I prefer this way over the massage table with a hole, because every belly has a different shape and size. On the mat and with the pillows, you can adjust your position for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

We avoid certain pressure points that could release the pelvic floor muscles too much. For the rest, the session develops very similar to the Intuitive Massage.

*Pregnant people may also benefit from the Gentle Hands-on treatment.

Traditional Thai Massage

Thai Massage 60min / €70

Thai massage is a traditional therapy that combines deep pressure, acupressure, and compression to restore and activate the body’s energy pathways. It is said to be thousands of years old, and it is still part of Thailand's medical system due to its healing properties at both emotional and physical level.

When receiving the treatment, you can wear loose, comfortable clothing and lie on a firm mat. There is constant close body contact between the giver and receiver. I use not only the hands, but also elbows, knees and feet, giving weight, along with twisting and pulling. The different techniques work incredibly, increasing the range of motion in the joints and muscles. It helps to improve posture and it alleviates body pain and stimulates the body’s circulation and lymphatic drainage system. There is a meditative rhythm that underlies the whole session, helping to relax the nervous system.

The intuitive massage was exactly what my body needed. It was wonderful how Paulina used a variety of different techniques during the session. Right after, my entire body had this lovely, warm glow. The next day, the glow continued and I honestly felt like I had been hit by a truck—but in the absolute best way possible! I feel much better and more energized.

Hello Paulina,

When I got back home after your great intuitive massage, i was thirsty and in the evening i noticed an extreme tiredness as though I had been doing sports all day. I read that this is perfectly ok as the body has released its tension and the thirst takes care that unwanted substances leave the body. The next day I went swimming and after one hour of swimming I felt a deep relaxation instead of tiredness, which was a wonderful sensation.

What I think that I need to do is alternate this massage with your energetic massage to get a balance.
